This is an intensive and practical course that teaches the art and craft of acting for cinema ensuring that students are carefully nurtured and their individual abilities and talents are honed and trained. Students will receive instruction through a powerful integration of productions, classroom theoretical instructions, motion picture screenings and analyses, workshops and interaction with global filmmakers.
Through this training session, theory is balanced with practice and applied in every aspect of the course, be it dramatic literature, script analysis, film and voice over techniques or the theories behind movement and vocal expression. Students will, however spend large part of the course performing in both classroom exercises as well as studio based exercises and projects.

Shooting sessions in studio and outdoors will help them to understand the power and potential of light and shadow using natural light, available light and other artificial light sources to illuminate subjects.
Shooting on locations is always different and more complicated then working in a studio. The significance of creative lighting interpretations for shooting artist on locations cannot be overstated.
